Booking Policy

Private Party Booking

A minimum booking of 6 pax is required for a private party. All booked seats will be charged in advance through a deposit.

Deposit

All reservations for groups of 4 or more, OR ANY reservation for peak periods and Holidays may require deposit in order to book.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.

With regard to cancellation

  • More than 02 days before reservation, free cancellation can be made.
  • Between 02-01 days before reservation, 50% of the deposit will be charged.
  • Less than 24 hours or no-show, 100% of deposit will be charged.

About the Cancellation Fee

The cancellation fee reflects the cost of food, drink and staffing incurred by us in anticipation of the booking and lost revenue from the empty seat. A table is deemed to have “no showed” if they are more than 30 minutes late for their reservation and have made no contact with Nous Dine. The cancellation fee will be charged to the deposit used to secure the booking. We will send email/message notification of any charges made.
