Booking Policy

Service time

Nous opens from Tuesday to Saturday, from 7pm - 10pm. Sunday is open for Private Party booking only.

As Nous is a Capsule Dining Restaurant, we serve a maximum of 10 customers per night. The service begins when all customers arrive and all dishes will be served at the same time to all customers. Please note and respect our service time as follows:

  • Welcome guests: 6:45-7.00pm
  • Service: 7.00pm

    • As our dining experience begins promptly at 7:15 for all guests, it is important that any unexpected delays in attendance be communicated to the Nous Staff in advance of your dinner so that we can adjust accordingly.

    For guests arriving after 7.30PM without notice, we will only serve courses that remain and not courses that have already been served.

    As Nous shares an intimate dining space, please maintain an acceptable volume level, and respect other diners by not live-streaming or conducting other disruptive behaviors.

    Private Party Booking

    A minimum booking of 6 pax is required for a private party. All booked seats will be charged in advance through a deposit.

    Deposit

    All reservations require deposit to secure the booking.

    Cancellations & Refunds

    If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.

    With regard to cancellation

    • More than 02 days before reservation, free cancellation can be made.
    • Between 02-01 days before reservation, 50% of the deposit will be charged.
    • Less than 24 hours or no-show, 100% of deposit will be charged.

    About the Cancellation Fee

    The cancellation fee reflects the cost of food, drink and staffing incurred by us in anticipation of the booking and lost revenue from the empty seat. A table is deemed to have “no showed” if they are more than 30 minutes late for their reservation and have made no contact with Nous Dine. The cancellation fee will be charged to the deposit used to secure the booking. We will send email/message notification of any charges made.
